The staff were ready to help, they are all super-friendly and extremely polite people. We had a superior quadruple room with a great view.

The petite hotel was wonderful. Magnificent location close to Rovaniemi center. - Near the local shops, railway station, and bus ride to the ski base with hire shop.

Healthy food, overall comfortable and absolutely fantastic place.

The hotel of choice in Rovaniemi. Wonderful venue with large and pretty decent breakfasts provided. Particularly good location walk to Rovaniemi city centre. Very close to nature...

The location here is fantastic, making it easy to walk to the city center and local supermarkets.

The hotel is situated a little on the outskirts of Rovaniemi and therefore a quiet location. The spa area that we were allowed to use was very clean. Staff was always friendly.

Convenient location next to a sports center. the rooms are spacious and come with handy amenities like a microwave and a kitchen 🍳.

Close to nature trails

Beds were not comfortable. Could hear everything in next rooms. Neighbors were loud until well into the night time hours. Directions to/at breakfast were poor.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very decent and delicious. the room was quite cheap and huge. the location was great, very close to the Rovaniemi city center, transport, town center, and ski slopes. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Rovaniemi.

Resort is located a bit away from the city

The staff is immensely pleasant. the views of the horizon are pleasant. - Everything is very comfortable. - the whole interior is nice. - the breakfast is delicious, with healthy options like fruit, eggs, and bacon.

The accomodation was top class apart from the broadband was not working. The accomodation was located in a beautiful estate and close to lovely walks. Leisure facilities were ok .

You cannot stay at this accomodation unless you have your own transport. We felt totally isolated and unable to get around. The accomodation was located in at least 1.5 km away from the leisure facilities and it was all up hill. We did not hire a car so it made this stay impossible. When we checked in we were told that we could walk 1.5 km up hill in the snow with our heavy suitcases (with 2 children) or pay for a very expensive taxi. They did not provide any transfer transport even for check in and check out. Shopping was even more difficult because that was a further 2 km away from the accomodation so we had to walk nearly 4 km up hill in the snow with heavy bags to get our groceries home or pay again for a very expensive taxi. There was no shop in the complex to buy even the most basic or even a small restaurant to eat in the evening. When we used the leisure facilities we had to walk up hill back to the accomodation in -9 temperatures in the snow and the dark. The staff on reception were not very helpful and were not knowledgeable about local transport. They felt that they were there for the leisure facilities NOT the accomodation. We had no joy asking for help with any problems with the accomodation such as the internet not working. Getting into town was impossible as the staff did not know details of the local bus services - so we did not go as a family. I had to walk several miles there and back into town on my own as we felt it was too far our children to walk therefore not being able to experience this as a family. Leisure facilities were ok but closed too early.
